Incorrect “Created By” Person in Learning Records

This issue requires urgent attention.

We have identified a critical problem in the About Record section within Learning. While creating over 300 courses via HDL, the attributes CoordinatorNumber and OwnedByPersonNumber were mistakenly populated with the Person Number 18169, which was taken from the test environment. Unfortunately, the same value was used in Production, where the Person Number is different.

As a result, all these courses now reflect an incorrect person in the Created By field when navigating to View → About This Record.

Our business team is not accepting this discrepancy, as it poses a significant audit and compliance risk.

We urgently request your immediate support to rectify this issue at the earliest.
