Make "Move to Posting", "Translate job Requisition" & "Open for Sourcing" actions configurable

in Idea Lab – Visual Builder Studio

For some time it has not been possible to hide the action options "Move to Posting" & "Open for Sourcing" configurable (see previous ideas). With the new capabilities of VBS it would be helpful to now have these included.

Our business processes have hiring managers submit the job requisition for approval and HR complete the job formatting, posting and sourcing stages. Having "Move to Posting" & "Open for Sourcing" gives hiring managers ellavated access to perform actions they should not be doing.

We also do not have translattion services enabled so this option is redundant.
