Hi,

we went to Tools → AI Agent Studio. I copied one of the available AI Studio template (for instance in the attached screenshots, we copied the HCM - Employment Contract Analyst template, but the same issue is shown for every template). When I try to check the template (using the preview mode), I always obtain (for every question I ask to the Agent) the same answer ("Sorry, the assistant is unavailable right now, if the issue persists, contact your help desk").

Hoping someone has some suggestions to solve our issue.
