SSO Sign On not working through ADFDI Spreadsheets

in Fusion Applications Administration

I am getting a SSO error (screenshot attached) when trying to perform ADFDI login to upload work definitions through the spreadsheet. I am able to login to the same environment using the SSO and can do the ADFDI in all other DEV environments (this issue is in PROD). Other users with the same exact roles/access is able to use the spreadsheet without issue but I am not. Is there any additional setup required to be able to use ADFDI?

If there is no additional setup, I need to submit an SR related to this. Does anyone know what the right category would be for this kind of SR?
