Conditional Formatting not working in SmartView

Hello,

I am running into an issue where conditional formatting is validating and showing in the UI, but then only bits and pieces of that formatting will appear in Smart View. There doesn't look like there is any rhyme or reason for why which format is valid in SV. There is also only one conditional format for any given intersection.

There is no user setting in use for custom cell styles/format in SV. It is set to the default, hence why you can see some formatting translating.

Most recent SV is in use.

Any ideas to get this working would be greatly appreciated!
