Limited document display option to Carriers

Our service providers are attaching various documents in OTM, however, It doesn't appear there is an option for carriers to view the documents that they have uploaded in to OTM invoices. Could you advise if there is an option to provide them access to view their attachments via screenset/servprov domain? We can access these document via invoice—> limited document action. Below is the screenshot of the attachment our service providers uploaded to the invoice.

I have tried to give the access to action Limited documents, however, it is not available in the screen set. Is there a different action we need to assign to the screen set? thank you in advance.
