Clone environment does not copying data management folders and files

Dear Experts,

We are doing clone of ARCS test instance new instance. We have enabled Artifacts snapshot & Stored Files check box, still it is not copying file under data management inbox and sub sequent directories. We want all process details and workbench to be there on target instance, that's why we opted for clone option. What should be best approach for same.
