Inspection cannot be required when completing a Work Order Operation

Hello.

I created the inspection plan with type "Work in progress" and did not check any of the optional checkboxes.

However, it is possible to complete a WorkOrder operation without entering the inspection results.

How can I prevent an operation from being completed without entering the inspection results?
