Regarding defining source in Min Max planning

Summary:

In Min Max planning, source is defined at Item level/Org level. Is it possible to define rule for sourcing.
For Ex: If item on-hand is below min qty, then item if first sourced form Org 1, if item is not available in Org1 , then system should look item in Org2 , If item is not available in Org 2 ,then system should raise a PR
