Unable to see Business unit in the LOV in the Import costs process

Summary:

Created a custom role by copying the Project Accountant role to avoid some actions to the user like Manage project costs, Capture costs and user should be able to run Import costs, Create Accounting and Period close related processes.

Logged in with the user and found the user is able to run all processed but can't see Business Unit in the LOV in Import cost process.

Data access at Business Unit and Ledger level is assigned to the User
