Transfer order not getting created after supply request creation

Summary:

We tried to create a transfer order using FBDI. the lines for interfaced and after running the Process Supply Chain Orchestration Interface, I am able to see the lines in Manage Supply Line. However the transfer order did not get created and the suppl lines got closed.
