Oracle - FBDI Disable Download Hyperlink

Hello Idea Team,

Currently, If a user has access to view an account in FBDI, they will have the ability to upload and download the files. I am submitting this idea to provide a more robust structure to give the flexibility to view accounts in FBDI without giving users the permissions to download, and upload and etc.

Restricting access to the FBDI (File-Based Data Import) download hyperlink is necessary to ensure the protection of sensitive business data and to maintain compliance with organizational security standards. FBDI files often contain confidential information—such as financial transactions, supplier details, payroll data, or customer records—which must be safeguarded against unauthorized access and distribution.
