Is it possible to increase the time range to capture activities in WFM?
Summary:
Customer has created four web reports that use only the WMS Activity category in order to capture workflow cycle time KPIs. However, when they run the report it only pulls information from the last 3 months. They need it to show a larger range date: one year of information. I've checked the WMS Activity UI screen and it indeed has records that only go back to October of this year. Is there a way to increase the date range captured in that screen so that it shows more information in the report?
