Workforce Compensation BI Publisher Add Ins not functioning for Word or Excel

Summary: MSWord & MSExcel - BI Publisher Add Ins no longer functioning. Have uninstalled, reinstalled. Still not functioning.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): The field browser for MS Word and Export Manage in Workbook (Workforce Compensation) log in are no longer functioning. I am unable to view and modify the formulas for RTF files in MS Word for Journey, Electronic Signatures. I am also unable to "log in" from an exported worksheet to manage and complete in worksheet. These BOTH use BI Publisher add ins which appear to be not functioning properly. I have worked with my IT organization, uninstalled, reinstalled, etc. and they still are not functioning.
