AI Agents copied from seeded template pops up custom subscription message

Summary: We are trying to implement AI Agents in DEV environment. After copying the seeded "Manager Concierge" template and adding the role, clicked on Publish and it pops up below message.

"If you publish the Custom agent team, it will account for custom subscription".

This is happening for multiple agents that are supposed to be included in free tier, providing the details of one agent as an example.

Navigate to Tools > AI Agent Studio

Click on “Copy Template” button on “Manager Concierge”, enter Suffix in the popup.

Add the role “XX AI Agent Explorer” in Security tab and Update.
