Journey - External URL Completion Criteria

Hi,

We are using Deep Links to direct employees to the Create Document page for a specific Document Type, with the Document Type defaulted in the URL.

This part works as expected:

• A deep link URL is is manually constructed with the required parameters,
• The URL is added to the Journey task using Task Type = External URL,
• In this case, the employee is correctly redirected to the Create Document page with the relevant Document Type defaulted.

The missing functionality is related to Completion Criteria.

When the Task Type is set to External URL, the Completion Criteria section is disabled, so we are not able to define any validation rules.
