Indicators Not Updating When Loading Orders/Shipments Using db.xml Import

Summary:

We are currently migrating transactional data from an on-premise environment to the cloud using db.xml export/import.

Issue Observed:

• When exporting an Order Release with indicator value G using db.xml export and importing it into the cloud using db.xml import, the indicator is not retained and instead shows as W.
• However, when exporting the same Order Release using CSV export and importing it via CSV import, the indicator is correctly retained as G.

Observation:

This behavior suggests that indicator values are not being respected during db.xml import, whereas CSV import works as expected.

Query:

Is this a known limitation or bug with db.xml import in the cloud, or is there a configuration/parameter that needs to be enabled to preserve indicator values?
