Hi Team,

We are currently seeing a high volume of SCFO orchestration exceptions under Supply Chain Financial Orchestration, with the following characteristics:

  • Event Status: Not Started / Not Used / In Progress
  • Message Type: Error
  • Orchestration Flow: Blank or not initiated
  • Transactions are historical and already closed from a business and accounting perspective

These errors span multiple event types (for example, AP Invoice Cancellation, RMA Delivery, and other historical events). During our review, we confirmed that the required upstream lifecycle events (such as ASN, Shipment, AP Invoice Match, Costing, or Transfer Pricing) are missing or no longer available, making these events
