Transaction not showing in transaction console and BPM worklist how to withdraw it?

Summary:

When we try to edit the assignment details for a worker we found the assignment related pages to be locked.

While checking Conflicting Transactions Report we found three transaction quite old not in completed status:

We were able to withdraw two manage work schedule Assignment in DRAFT status, from BPM worklist.

We are not able to find Change Location transaction in Pending status anywhere, not in transaction console or BPM worklist and we have tried every combination of filters.
Is there any way to withdraw this Change Location transaction, so that assignment details can be updated for employee.
