Absence not reflecting in the system after it has been approved

I am facing an issue with 'Off-in-Lieu' leave type. In my organization, there's two types of Off-in-Lieu: Off-in-Lieu Add on and Off-in-Lieu (C). Employees apply for Off-in-Lieu Add on to request adding leave in the system. Once manager approves, the approved leave should be added to Off-in-Lieu (C). Employee will apply for Off-in-Lieu (C) leave type.

The issue that the user is facing now is that after they apply for Off-in-Lieu Add on and it has been approved. However, it is not being reflected / added in Off-in-Lieu (C). Means that the addition logic is not working in Off-in-Lieu (C).
