Security: Approval Rules for Roles creation and customization

Hi Team,

We would like to implement an approval rule or notification mechanism that triggers whenever any changes are made to an existing security role or when a new custom security role is created within Oracle Fusion HCM Security. This control is critical from an auditing and compliance perspective and is one of the mandatory requirements we are looking to implement.

The objective is to ensure that relevant stakeholders are automatically notified (via email or system alert) or an approval workflow is initiated whenever:

A new custom security role is created.
An existing security role is modified (privileges added/removed, data roles updated).
