Make FLSA Status available on Employee Self Service Pages

Hello,

There is a field called "FLSA Status". Below is Navigation:

My Client Groups-->Workforce Structures--> Manage Jobs--> Search and Click on any Job--> Under United States Job Information section there is field "FLSA Status" (has been changed to Overtime status after 19B) . This field shows if the job is exempt or Non exempt.

We want to make this field available in Employee Self Service Pages
We are in Redwood.

Please can anyone provide how this can be achieved.
