Journey is not getting assigned automatically

Summary:

I have created a new Onboarding journey that has to be sent to employees after 90 days of hiring. It should be automatically assigned after 90 days of hire. But it is not getting assigned . Attaching the screenshot. Am I missing anything? Please suggest.
