Unable to see created tools in AI Agent Studio

Summary:

I have all required roles and privileges and able to see all HCM business objects.

created a new tool with reference to "My Team" Business object and it showing on dependency

Also, getting pop up that tool has been created, but unable to see under tool tab.

What could be the reason ?
