Documents not displaying when asking question in Absence

Summary:

When I ask the AI Agent what is our vacation policy or bereavement policy it is saying it doesn't have the official policy but I have the policies loaded into the tools section. Why is it not pulling the documents up when asking for the policy?

Also I have the Absence Agent to turn on before you select Absence Type but it's not showing it only shows after you select a Absence type. How do you get the Agent to be above the Absence Type?
