Hi. we have copied the template from AI Agent: Planning Advisor for Exceptions and published into the redwood pages in Oracle fusion Supply Planning Cloud. In the Exceptions chat, when we ask questions related to exceptions of specific items and organizations, it says it does not have access. What are we missing here? Anyone facing the same issue?

We always get the error for any question we put.

I don’t have any exception data for item "ITEMNAME" in organization ("Orgname")("Plan name") in the information available here. Please provide the exception results or the exception list you have, and I’ll format and summarize them for you.
