Error while creating multiple alternate hierarchies in ASO Cube

Summary:

We are getting error "Shared members or their shared ancestors can only appear once in a stored hierarchy. Remove duplication or use multiple hierarchy."

while creating an ASO cube on top of BSO cube which has multiple alternate hierarchies in Account Dimension.

In a Free form application initially started as BSO cube, Account dimension has on base Chart of Accounts and multiple Alternate hierarchies to depict different accounting trees. All alternate hierarchies are shared members from the CoA tree. Now we are trying to add an ASO cube on top of this, but when refreshing database we are getting the error.
