Recently created AI agent not visible

in Oracle AI for Fusion Applications

I am facing an issue with Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio after a Production-to-Test (P2T) refresh.

Background:

  • I initially created an AI Agent by copying a prebuilt template, and it was working fine before the P2T.
  • After the P2T refresh, the agent is no longer visible in AI Agent Studio.
  • I re-created the required roles and permissions, and AI Agent Studio is now visible again.
  • I then tried to create a new agent by copying the same template.

Issue:

  • The agent does not appear in the agent list.
  • When I try to create the agent again using the same template/name, the system throws an error saying that
