How to correct the absence duration of completed absences

Summary:

Employee work schedule has been corrected and absence duration needs to be corrected as well. Previously it is 7.2 but we needed to correct to 8 hrs.
We have withdrawn the balances up to Enrollment start date and ran Calculate Accruals but it absence duration did not change.

please advise.
