Simplifying Promotion Handling During Secondment (Home & Host SBU Updates)

Currently, when an employee is promoted during an active secondment period, the assignment/position change is required to be updated in both the Host SBU and the Home SBU.

While this approach works functionally, it increases operational effort and the risk of inconsistencies, as the same change must be managed in two SBUs.

We would like to understand if Oracle provides a more feasible and simplified approach to handle this scenario, either through:
