Unable to see and cannot receive the PO created by other requester

Summary:

The below PO is visible from one user A and unable to seen by another user B, whereas both the users A & B are having the same role and data access assignment in the DEV1(EKKW-DEV1) pod.

Path: Procurement> My Receipts

Please help with the steps to be performed for the PO to be visible by user B.

Example: PO # US10013779
User1: can see the PO in My Receipts(New)

User2: Cannot see the PO to receive in MY Receipts(New)
