Declared value currency on the release line is sent in the default currency for outbound

Summary:

In OTM outbound, the Declared Value currency on the release line is being sent in the default currency. Currently, OTM is sending the GlobalCurrencyCode as the customer’s default currency (EUR). However, there are scenarios where the declared value needs to be sent in a different currency based on the region (for example, USD). At present, this is not working as OTM continues to send the default currency (EUR).

ADMIN have EUR set in their user preferences, while different user roles have USD or EUR configured in their respective user preferences. Could you please advise if anything is missing in the configuration, and confirm whether it is possible to send different currencies for outbound based on region or user role?
