OEM file format in export file

Hi,

This issue is related to on prem to cloud migration.

In current on-prem process, we export data through calc script which gives a .txt file. This file is uploaded in ACCESS DB for some data processing. The on prem file when loaded in ACCESS table shows OEM United States format.

I am doing the same process in cloud planning and exporting the data through Business Rule. The exported file is a .txt. But when I run this file in MS ACCESS database it recognizes the format is Unicode UTF-8. This breaks the upload process.

Is it possible to export the file in OEM United States format from Business Rule? Pls note that on prem we do not have any special process for the file format.
