Line Manager cannot submit the Add Assignment Process in Redwood

Summary:

Users with the Line Manager role (both seeded and custom) cannot complete the Redwood Add Assignment action. Users with HR Specialist roles are not affected. Additionally, this appears to only be happening in the Redwood page, all other pages appear to be unaffected.
