Manage Project Costs -> Transaction -> Adjustment History -> Cancel Prompt Buttons Reversed

Are the Yes/No buttons intentionally reversed in this part of the application?

Muscle memory had me stuck longer than I'd like to admit because I was clicking No to cancelling my adjustment that had an error when I wanted to click Yes.

Almost everywhere else I can remember has Yes before No:
