can not connect to the DB in Always free account in sql to run the script

Hi, Experts,

I login to Admin console and logout to re-logon to user called bpi. couldn't logon as invalid credentials and ORDs schema alias is different. the password is correct as i just reset it.

How to resolve this issue ? what path name i should put ?
