Roles and Permissions Query and Procurement Agent License

Hi all,

I would like to confirm what role and permissions are required for the following tasks:

1. Ability to view supplier/AP listing and purchase orders.
2.  Ability to attach supporting documentation/approvals to purchase order change order.
3.  Ability to view trial balance.

I believe some of these can be covered by being a Procurement agent, was wondering if this would trigger additional licenses.
