We have observed that in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), there is no Item Update Business Event available at the Change Order level. However, an Item Update Business Event is available at the Structure level within a Change Order.

Could you please confirm whether this is an OIC product limitation, i.e., that Item Update Business Events are not supported at the Change Order level? We would appreciate clarification on whether this behavior is by design.
