Configuring the parallel approval flows

Dear Team,

As per the latest business requirement, the customer need to maintain the dual reporting structure in the organization relevant to the Absence, OTL and Talent modules.

We would like clarity on the specific types of data that each category of manager is authorized to access. In addition to leave records, timecards, goal sheets, PDs, and IDPs, please also clarify access to SM-related functionalities, such as 9-box assessments, given their sensitive nature.

The solution we have taken create a new manager type and assign the same privileges similarly line manager role.

E.x – When an employee apply for a leave, the approval should be trigger to the Line manager and matrix manager. If one of them approve it, the transaction should be completed.
