NonEmptyCount in a member formula - ASO (Planning)

Summary:

To ensure data quality in the submitted actuals data, I am creating validation accounts. The goal is to flag issues at the entity + business line combination level by capturing both the total error amount and a corresponding error count.

I'm using the NonEmptyCount in a member formula of my ASO Planning cube.

The issue seems to find the right combinations of formulae meeting both functionality and performance.
