Option to Require Phone Number in VBS for Emergency Contacts

Currently, there is not a way to require a phone number for emergency contacts using Visual Builder Studio (VBS). Employees can add emergency contacts without providing any contact information which defeats the purpose of adding an emergency contact. I found in previous submissions that Page Composer can be used to require phone number for all contacts; however, we cannot use Page Composer for Redwood pages.

We recently identified nearly 400 employees who have an emergency contact listed without a phone number. We have a required task in our new hire onboarding journey instructing employees to add emergency contact information, but we have no way to actually require this information on the page in Oracle. It is critical that employers have actual contact information for emergency contacts to provide a course of action in the event that there is an employee incident and/or emergency.
