Fetch OTBI report output in csv format to transfer to 3rd party server

in Reporting and Analytics for ERP

How can we fetch OTBI report output in csv or any other format(not xml) and transfer to 3rd party vendor server(using OIC SFTP adapter).

Tried to use ****.oraclecloud.com/analytics-ws/saw.dll/wsdl/v12?wsdl but it seems we can always get output in xml format and with limited number of rows.

Any help appreciated. Thank you.
