Task Rules

Summary:

We'd like to set up some task rules to facilitate conditional workflow. Example: Task has an assignee and Approver 1. Task has an attribute for amount that the assignee fills out when preparing the task. If the amount is >$500,000, we'd like to route to a second approver. What is the best way to do this?
