Hide Inactive user from Negotiation Owner search list

Summary:

We have requirement to hide the Inactive user who was Buyer and had access to Create/Manage Negotiation. Now use has left the oganization, business wants to hide his name from search LOV of Manage Negotiation/Manage Order.

Is this feasible?? if yes then how to achieve this.
