How to check the funds available and budget spending of Project Control Budget

Hello,

We have both GL control budget and Project control budget. During submission of requisition we encountered an insufficient fund error in Project control Budget (Absolute) but passed with GL control budget. To help us investigate the issue, we would like to verify how to check the funds available and budget spending of Project Control Budget.

For this scenario, the project is not sponsored (no award). We check the Manage Project Budget (Manage Budget Version) but please confirm if this is the correct UI where to check. Funds available and Budget spending is not available in this UI.
