Redwood Contact info-Need to restrict special character for address line fields

Summary:

Business Requirement: For redwood contact info page - we need to restrict special character (") for address fields eg: address 1/address2…

I have included logic as below but this doesn't work for all countries

eg: Address line1, Address line2, Address line3, Address line4 for all 4 fields I have included same logic

During testing for few countries, it works and for few it doesn't

eg: Brazil - validation rule is not working as expected

Validation rule works fine for Country US ( warning message displayed for all 3 fields Address line 1/2/3

For Brazil

Warning message is displayed for House number and Street fields, but No warning message is displayed and able to save the details for address line 4.
