Business Rules for Recruiting Not Working For My Team

Summary:

We have defined a business rule in VBS to default a DFF in requisition details section based on the position selected. The rules works perfectly when requisition is created from My Client Groups > Hiring > Create Requisition. But when manager does it from My Team > Activity Center and then create requisition from position, the rule does not fire although its the same page from both the navigations. Any help would be appreciated.
