Arabic Text Not Displaying Correctly in PDF Generated from VBCS Application

I am developing a custom Employee Grievance application using Visual Builder tool. The application is accessed from Oracle Fusion and uses a PaaS database to store data. Data is synced between Fusion and the PaaS database using integration endpoints.

The grievance form allows users to enter data in both English and Arabic. The Arabic text works correctly in the UI and is saved and retrieved properly from the database.

We also have a custom button "Download PDF" to export the grievance form. The PDF is generated using JavaScript. While English text displays correctly in the PDF, the Arabic text appears as unreadable characters (for example: •þªþ¨þ˜þ³þŽþ‘).
