project template transfer price schedules not populated on the task schedule REST

Summary: Issue when inserting a task the

When I am creating a task for a Project Template if I populate the Non Labour Transfer Price Schedule and Labour transfer price schedule attributes, the tasks which get created do not have these values set.

I can update the tasks using the web service and they do get set correctly. Is this a recognised bug?
