GENAI integration with APEX giving Error

in Oracle AI for Fusion Applications

Hi Team, I'm trying to integrate genai model using below procedure in apex. Have created the webcredentials too. When i upload image & prompt it should send response based on the uploaded image. But its giving error like 

ERROR: ORA-01403: no data found


HTTP STATUS:

Can anyone please suggest on this?
